Shipping calculations are based on USPS live shipping rates and can be found at the end of checkout before finalizing your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and debit cards. We also accept PayPal payments with PayPal Express Checkout.

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are charged to your selected method of payment once your order has been placed.

We ship USPS First Class and International Package service daily and offer a Priority Mail upgrade at the checkout. Orders are usually shipped the next business day. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. If an in-stock item is unavailable for any reason, we will refund the item.

As most orders will ship within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order, allowing 1-2 days for some shipments, cancellation requests must be received and approved by Tamara Scott Designs prior to shipment.  Please e-mail tscott@tamarascottdesigns.com

Purchases from our online store are subject to a 30 day return period. Returns are only accepted with a Credit Return Authorization Number supplied by Tamara Scott Designs and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. We offer soft leather cord, stated in the title and description of our leather cord, softeners are added to the dye of this leather to produce a quality soft leather cord. Dyes are not added to our soft natural leather color, the manufacturer uses the premium part of the hide to produce a quality leather cord softer than most. There will always be variances in size, color, texture, and softness since we are dealing with a natural product.

Yes, Wholesale pricing is applied to bulk quantities on select products on our Tamara Scott Designs website. We offer a large selection of the highest quality beading products including unique custom designs, Greek ceramics, metal castings, buttons, leather, gemstones, wood beads, pewter, seed beads, and more.

If you add items to the cart and use the back button to navigate the site, you may notice your cart contains zero items. In this case, your items are still in the cart, just refresh the page and continue to the cart.
