Vintage Greek Kylix Silver Plate Bowl-Metropolitan Museum of Art-Gorham

Greek Kylix silver plate bowl with beautiful looped handles and center top design. The piece is a hallmarked reproduction of a 300 BC Classical Greek original. It is a Horizon by Gorham piece created for the Metropolitan Museum in the 1960's. Beautiful applied looped handles continue to bottom in spear ends. Center is finely tooled, with raised center knob. It is in as found patina we have not attempted to clean. Clearly marked within ring foot. The piece measures: handle to handle 7 inch bowl diameter just over 5.25 inches.
